Crazy Rebecca mentioned recently on her youtube that sometimes smaller is better.

I had made two smaller journals, and needed to fill one.  I didn’t want to start another bigger journal (I have a few going at all times), but starting a smaller book would be fun.

I had found a wonderful Brooks Brothers catalog at the Salvation Army.

I also found a “Book of Cats”.

Combined I paid $1 for most of the graphics used in this book.

I ended up with a book of very well dressed cats.

So who were these cats? Secret agents of course!

What is their mission? To find the red dot!  Each page has a red dot for each cat.

What to name these cats? My friends on Facebook helped with many of the names.

Also some were named after family cats.  Moxie and Lille are our current family cats.

So now I really want a few lovely clothing catalogs, as I love making well dressed cats.

What I like about the Brooks Brothers catalog is that the paper is of high quality.

It was enjoyable to do a quickly put together small book, based on a fun idea without much stress.

Also I enjoyed having the involvement of my Facebook friends.

So my low stress/no stress junk journal book helped me through a rather bad arthritis attack, and I have a book of cats in suits.

Not a clue what to do with it, besides enjoy the cats.

Red dots for all!

Now I need to find more Brooks Brothers catalogs, or some other heavy paper catalog with clothing.

I have to say I enjoy doing scissor “photoshop”.

I also have started to make some more small size journals to fill.  I can take an idea and just fill the book quickly.

I’m not sure I should do secret agents again….I really want a book of women’s clothing so the women get a chance.  Though I named the cats in this book both male and female.

Or dogs, maybe I should do DOGS NEXT?

Or cats and dogs? Maybe dogs are behind all those red dots in the book!
