One of my favorite school art projects was the “Lesser Known Animals of Science” book. Students all seem to know Schrodingers cat (if not exactly what the cat in the box means), so I challenged them to come up with other animals of science. I drew these examples from suggestions of the children, which I put into a fun book to inspire other teachers, and go give to a few friends.
